Payment processors and acquiring banks want proof that someone real is holding your stock and shipping it. Underwriting stalls without it, and a stalled merchant ID means you cannot take money.

A parcel that turns up fast, turns up when promised, and is the thing they actually ordered does not get disputed. Chargebacks are a fulfilment problem long before they are a payments problem.

There is not one, and the maths is boring: we sit next door to your factory, so there is no ocean freight, no overseas warehousing, no drayage and no inventory sitting in transit. Those lines do not get moved somewhere less visible — they stop existing. And we do not mark up shipping. We take a small margin on volume, which means we need you to grow.
Because the saving comes from geography and from not marking up, not from cutting corners on the floor. 99.7% pick accuracy and a 24-minute order-to-pick time are on the same rate card as the price.
After onboarding, close to none — that is the product. Exceptions are handled and closed by us, tracking answers your customers before they email you, and stock alerts fire before a SKU can block an order. You get a named account manager for the things that genuinely need a human.
Not by default. Parcels move on local carrier agreements with a domestic tracking number, so the delivery experience reads local end to end.
We fix it, then tell you what happened. Lost, damaged and delayed parcels are ours to chase, not yours. We cover declared value up to $200 per order as standard, credited against your next invoice within 14 days of the claim, and higher cover can be set per shipment.
Your customer returns to a local address in their own country, never to China. We inspect, document, then restock, reship or dispose according to rules you set once.
We staff through it. The only true pause is the three or four days carriers stop, and we plan your inbound and stock cover around that window months ahead.
